Ignatius holds a law degree, Bachelor of Arts and Master of Economics. His previous appointments include Chief Executive Officer of the Occupational Health & Safety Authority as well as a Senior Academic at the London School of Economics. In short, he is a lot more than your average lawyer. His insight on industrial relations and employment law has proved to be extremely valuable for many of our clients.

Naomi Boyle
Principal Consultant
Naomi grew up in rural Victoria where she played a variety of sports, including representational hockey. She has also coached and served on the committee of a hockey club. Naomi holds a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Human Resource Management and has worked in the Health and Community Services Industry for the past 20 years. She has particular expertise in conducting payroll/award/classification audits to ensure that employers are not in breach of their obligations. Naomi is committed to meeting clients’ industrial and human resource issues.

Megan Taberner
Legal Practioner
Megan completed a Bachelor of Science at Melbourne University before deciding to pursue a career in law. Megan is a keen sports woman, having ridden horses and competed in Eventing during her teenage years, as well as having played netball in both rural Victoria, where she grew up, and in Melbourne after moving here for University. She is also a passionate supporter of the North Melbourne Football Club. Megan has an interest in employment law as well as commercial law and is committed to providing the best possible outcomes for her clients.

Oliver Oostermeyer
Legal Practitioner
Oliver is a Solicitor at Workplace Legal practicing in Commercial Law. Oliver graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University in 2005. Oliver is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria Sports Law Group and the Australia and New Zealand Sports Law Association (ANZSLA). Oliver has a keen interest in sport as a player and Board Member of St Kilda Cricket Club and also as a Tribunal Member for the Victorian Amateur Football Association.
